If for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he can return one or more products purchased no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.

From the moment James staff authorizes the return, the products must be shipped to the address provided no later than 14 days. James, reserves the right to refuse returns if communicated, sent or shipped after the indicated days or if the products are not intact. All items are checked before they are shipped. We do not accept return shipments, with transport at the expense of the recipient, which will be refused by the Returns center.

James clothing is equipped with a tag, with which they must be returned: it is therefore advisable not to remove it until you are sure of the correct fit of the garment. The returned items must be intact and perfect as per shipment; used, damaged, washed, stained clothing or any obvious change will not be accepted as return. These will be rejected and shipped back to the customer, who will be charged the normal shipping costs (cash on delivery). In the event of receipt of defective goods, the Customer is invited to immediately write an email to ordini@jamesportswear.com.

Returns belonging to the Merchandising category and/or personalized items, with logos, embroidery, numbers or other types of printing applied, are not accepted.

The replacement of an item of the same size and color is possible subject to availability in the warehouse, with free reshipping costs. The costs of returning the item to James’ logistics are borne by the Customer. If the item cannot be replaced, the normal refund procedures will be initiated. The fulfillment and management of the returned product will take place within 30 working days from the date of receipt. To make a return, as before, the Customer is invited to write an email to ordini@jamesportswear.com indicating the order reference number, article code, date of receipt of the order and the reasons for the return.

Once it has been verified that the causes comply with the conditions of sale, it can be reshipped and must take place no later than 14 days from the date of return authorization.

N.B. This solution (Exchange or Return) can only be carried out once per single order.
