In a fierce rivalry full of betrayal, Lyra Valkyria will defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch at Backlash.
At WrestleMania, Bayley was mysteriously attacked before her scheduled tag team title match with Lyra. Becky Lynch returned and stepped in as Lyra’s partner helping her win the titles.
But the next night on Raw, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez won the titles back. Becky angry over the loss attacked Lyra out of nowhere.
Then came the shocking truth Becky revealed she was the one who attacked Bayley just so she could take her spot at WrestleMania.
