Ricky Saints was left stunned as Ethan Page took the NXT North American Championship.
Can’t wait to lock up! As the Superstars scrapped during championship introductions, later, they battled on the outside, so NXT General Manager Ava came down to warn the referee to ensure the winner is clear.
Though he crushed the champion’s throat with the chair, managing to stop him wasn’t easy, since Saints could still breathe.
Saints struggled to get up after a strong move from the Saints. Once again, Page hit a Twisted Grin, this time using the ropes, to win the title from him.
Mike Santana won against Tavion Heights
Mike Santana from TNA made his point when he beat Tavion Heights in a single match on NXT.
Because he is so athletic, Heights made NXT difficult for The Standard by applying a series of suplexes and pressuring his opponent’s back.
Still, the Bronx’s tough man, Santana, stunned the crowd with skin-tearing chops that caused everyone to cheer.
Santana’s partner, Heights, was reeling from a Superkick, so Santana went for his signature Spinning Heel Kick and pinned her, then showed some respect for their NXT opponent afterward.
Santana appeared again later in the night to challenge Trick Williams to a TNA World Title Match
Jaida Parker overcame Tatum Paxley
Jaida Parker made things even worse by ruining Tatum Paxley mentally and emotionally.
Paxley’s offensive choice gave Ms. Parker trouble, but when Parker destroyed Paxley’s old friends’ dolls, Paxley returned to using Hipnotics to earn the triumph.
Once she won, Thea Hail jumped into the ring and sent Parker away.
Jasper Troy beat Dante Chen.
Jasper Troy, who won LFG Season One, showed he still has dominance by beating Dante Chen.
Chen may have won, but a Black Hole Slam made sure that Troy was the victor.
After the match, Oba Femi spoke to Troy following his attack last week and urged him to stay away.
Rey Fenix and AAA’s Laredo Kid are in NXT for the chance to take on Ethan Page.
