What Is the Difference Between Shipping and Delivery?

Before jumping into timelines and policies, it is key to define the definitions:
Shipping is a process of sending your package from the warehouse or seller.
Delivery is the time when the package is delivered to your address.

How the Order-to-Doorstep Process Works?
Order Confirmation When you make an order, you will receive email confirmation containing information on orders. Order Processing Most companies process orders within 5-7 business days. At this level, your products are chosen, packed, and they are prepared for transportation. Shipping Out Once processed, your order will go over to courier or postal service. You’ll receive a tracking number for real-time updates. In Transit This is the longest phase, especially for international orders. Delivery times are calculated according to the preferred shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping may take 3- 5 business days when order leaves the warehouse. International shipping may take 5-7 business days when order leaves the warehouse. Personalize or customized item may take a time to dispatch then will be mentional on the checkout page. We use FedEx, DHL, UPS services for shipping & we may charge handling fee for international shipping.
